I recently married and took my husband’s last name. It was much harder to do than I ever imagined. To alleviate the unexpected sting, I wanted to get a family crest signet ring to serve as a sort of reminder of my Irish roots. Finding a ladies signet ring is apparently no small feat though, because I tried purchasing a signet ring from another store. That experience was somewhat heartbreaking, but I decided to keep looking at other stores’ inventories. Miraculously, I stumbled upon Tipperary, and found a beautiful ladies family crest signet ring for an amazing price. Unbeknownst to Tipperary, the jeweler in Ireland raised their prices by more than 50 percent, and discontinued the style I ordered. Tom (from Tipperary) reached out to me to explain the situation, and in a move that modern retailers never ever do anymore, he offered to order the alternative (arguably nicer) style, and cover the difference between my original order price for the discontinued ring and the price of the new ring. My order was custom from a jeweler in Ireland, and I received it in approx. 21 days. I absolutely love it, and Tipperary has a loyal customer...

A few months ago I went into their store in Brunswick & I purchased a "grandfather shirt". The shirt was about $80. I loved the texture & design of the shirt. I purchased a XL, which has been my size for the past decade. When I got the shirt home & tried it on, I wasn't able to button the top collar. This store is no where near my home, but, I liked the shirt so I kept it anyway. I returned a few months ago & I told the clerk what happened, he suggested that I take a 2X, which I did. I brought it home, and again, I couldn't button the top collar. This time I went back to the store & told them what happened, now the clerk suggested that I buy a 3x. I asked if I could return the other 2 shirts & get a store credit. I was told they couldn't do that because they were already opened. They wanted me to spend $240 on 1 shirt, which I wouldn't do. Now I'm out $160, because I didn't get a shirt that would fit me properly. A shame, I've shopped there before, plenty of times in the past. NEVER AGAIN....

Amazing!!! The quality is wonderful pure and like being transported to a small piece of Ireland. The owner I believe was extremely kind and helpful showing us around to everything we asked about ! The prices are wonderful for the quality of product you are receiving!
