I recommend checking it out. My spouse and I went with our kids. Collectively, we tried the gimlet, old fashioned, whiskey sour, and mango mule. I enjoyed all of them. They said they were about to open their first 3 year whiskey this summer, so predict the menu will become more vast with the addition of a new spirit. There was also a section of maybe 5 N/A options that seemed to put an effort forth. They had board games there and some sort of tabletop shuffleboard-like game. We were mostly the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon. There were plenty of seats for us (and a couch for the kids!) I hear they have trivia on Thursdays, so that'd be fun. It looked like it had a dedicated corner for music amplification.

We had such a nice time enjoying this place and the wonderful spirits that Jeff has created. He's full of great stories and we loved talking to him with the sounds of shanty music playing in the background. It's heartening to listen to the passion that he has for distilling craft. I'm a gin lover and was introduced to the spirit Genever which is Dutch for juniper essentially think of genever as the love child of a marriage between whiskey and gin. You will enjoy this place!

We stopped by on a Thursday afternoon. The 3-year whiskey was great - we bought two bottles. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, answering our questions and making suggestions. I got a flight of cocktails and my partner got a whiskey straight. All was delicious! Would highly recommend!!

We travel frequently and go out of our way to taste distilled spirits. This distillery came on our radar and we made a random visit. It is a new distillery which has been built out with a beautiful tasting room that has a super comfy vibe. At our visit four offerings were available. The Genever is top notch and highly recommended. Jeff who guided us and is also the owner gets the highest credos of any tasting we have experienced. Jeff’s knowledge and ability to articulate the process of distilling to the average bear is outstanding. Jeff has a clear vision and has super high potential in this delicate business. The only spirit I would currently recommend is the Genever. I recommend visiting Awildan Distilling above anywhere else for the simple fact that Jeff has the most honest and genuine story and he does not sugarcoat it. I make a habit of asking somewhat challenging questions of any tour or tasting experience and I am convinced that this place is trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and upholds the highest standards of...
