Very disappointing experience overall. Camping in the area, we stopped to buy meat for dinner. Two shop assistants were present when I request a pound of ribeye steak as it was on special. They questioned only one? 1 pound? A steak was placed on the scale, I said it’s huge what weight is it? I was told one and a half pounds, I stated I wanted one pound, they removed it and very crudely hacked some off the top of the steak. Their attitude was rude and belittling while we were there. First and last time to visit the store. We make an effort to buy and support local stores but next time we will go to the supermarket...

My wife and I live an 1.5 hours away and anytime we are going anywhere close that direction we make a point to stop. I've had many hot sticks and bacon from all across the state from smaller name to big name meat markets. I will say this is our number one. Place is always busy and if you want more than 5 lb of bacon call ahead a couple days and he will have it ready for you when you get there.
