So, on Thursday, our group of hiking friends went to a presentation at the Kaukauna Library by Chad Lewis about haunted locations in Wisconsin. My friend Katie bought 2 books and had them signed by Chad Lewis. Today, we went on a 13 mile hike, and Katie brought 3 books along with her in her backpack. Two of the books were the ones that were signed by Chad Lewis. We stopped around the 5.5-mile mark for a snack, and we took out the books and were reading them on our break. We found a section about Capones in Pipe, and we read about it being haunted! We were only about 45 minutes away, and the restaurant was on the way home, so we decided to eat supper here after our long hike. When we arrived, we noticed a man dressed up like a cowboy. We gradually noticed other patrons and employees come into the bar dressed in costume, including a couple dressed up as Batman and Batgirl. We are assuming they were having a Halloween costume contest. Maybe the employees and patrons just like dressing up in costumes all year round? Either way, we felt comfortable because our group of 4 looked like a bunch of hikers. Except Katie was wearing a bright orange hat, and that may have been interpreted as a hunting costume, but I suppose that would have been OK. Katie and I each ordered a small pizza. Eric and Traci ordered a larger pizza, I'm not sure what size, but it was larger than ours. We all enjoyed our pizzas. We all had toppings on our pizzas. I had a Margherita pizza, and I know the other pizzas had toppings, but I'm forgetting what they all had on them. Our server was very kind and also dressed up in costume - she had a shovel around her neck and was dressed as a gold digger. As far as the haunting goes, Eric smelled perfume when me, Traci, and Katie were gone to the bathroom. Now the three of us were not wearing perfume, but there were other people in the bar so the perfume smell may not have been due to a ghost, he could have been smelling someone else in the bar who maybe just wore too much perfume. I asked the waitress what the most haunted item on the menu was, but she had a hard time answering this question. I figured that it would probably be the Margherita pizza, and I chose my haunted dish wisely! 5/5 stars, do recommend for a haunted pizza experience. We didn't take any pictures at the bar, but I've included a picture...
Read moreDrove for an hour to meet friends here for lunch. Very disappointed. Bar service was great but once we got to our table for 7 the wheels came off. Took about 10 minutes for the first 3 meals (burgers) to arrive but another 15 to 20 minutes for the other 4 to get to our table (burgers and tacos). Had to ask what was taking so long and just was told "they'll be ready in a minute ". The place was nearly empty except for the 7 of us. Can't imagine how they handle a crowd. Luckily the people who got the first 3 entrees didn't wait for the others to arrive or everything would have been cold. Won't be...

Recently I have severe foot issues and wasn't able to walk in. I called and asked if I get curbside assistance just for this one time. They said they could but they will charge me full price on their pizza. I wasn't worried about the price it was the unable to do a good will gesture. On this day I was...
