SUNY Niagara, formerly known as Niagara County Community College (NCCC), is a vibrant educational institution with a rich history and a forward-looking approach to higher education. It offers a diverse range of academic programs across several divisions, including Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences; Business & STEM; Nursing, Physical & Allied Health; and Hospitality, Baking & Culinary Arts through the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI). This wide range of programs is designed to cater to various interests and career paths, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive and practical education. The college operates two main campuses in Western New York. The Sanborn campus, located minutes from Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY, provides a traditional college experience with state-of-the-art classrooms, knowledgeable faculty members, NJCAA athletics, and on-campus housing. The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, situated in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, specializes in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Hospitality programs, offering students unique opportunities for hands-on learning in one of North America’s biggest tourist destinations. SUNY Niagara is committed to providing an affordable, career-focused, and success-oriented education. It boasts a strong community and aims to deliver accredited courses, affordable education, transferable credits, and flexible learning options, including online classes. The college's strategic plan, initiated in 2019, focuses on enhancing academic excellence, student enrichment opportunities, community and workforce engagement, and overall institutional sustainability and improvement as it celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2022.

Great school! I graduated as a dual major from this institution and have since transferred to University At Buffalo. The professors and staff were great and helpful! Highly recommend beginning the college journey here.

I am a first year returning non traditional student at SUNY Niagara, this is the 3rd college I’ve been enrolled at over the years and I will say it’s probably my favorite of them all including over a 4 year private institution I went to. The professors are all really great that I’ve had, you can tell they care about their profession and the success of their students genuinely, so it makes me want to work harder to give it my all. The support systems they have in place here are also amazing! So many people that check in on you just to ask how things are going and about your mental, physical and financial wellbeing, which makes you feel like you’re not just a number or a paying student body to satisfy requirements. In my short time here I already feel like I belong here and I know I made the right decision to come here even if I have to commute almost an hour during winter months during rush hour, it’s so worth it. Very thankful for this opportunity to get another chance to fulfill my life goals now that I finally know what I want to do the rest of my life. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about my...

How does a college have a faculty that can't answer any questions pertaining to activities that go on campus. there are 4 kids to a room and marijuana smoke fills the air. You complain to faculty that you were not around anytime that this is found by staff with proof of your where abouts each and everytime. I don't smoke at all. I have a scholarship to go to this school and they kicked me out due to no one coming clean about the marijuana. I don't think I was treated fairly. I just started my journey here and was looking forward to progressing here. Now I have to figure out a new plan. NCC IS NOT A GOOD SCHOOL TO ATTEND IF YOU...
