Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Cambria

This place is horrible. They screwed up my order twice. The first time they screwed up my sandwich, I got it corrected and figured I'd give them another shot. Today, when I pulled through the drive thru I asked for a "#8 and a small frozen hot chocolate". Got to the window, she handed me my, so I thought frozen hot chocolate, and a wrap, no sides or drink to go as the meal. I ask what happened to my potato wedges, she explained that they stop serving sides at a certain time. I told her that this was not explained to me when I ordered and I hoped I wasnt charged the meal price. She told me I wasnt. She also didn't give me napkins, and the chocolate on the drink got on my hands. I drive away, took a sip, and it's an Ice Cap. I drive back, go in and spoke to someone else, who was friendly, and got an exchange to get my frozen hot chocolate. I go home and start eating my wrap. I notice something odd and pulled it out of my mouth. I'm now looking at a piece of plastic. I tried ripping it and pulling it, It's sturdy and you can see there is a notch in it in the side. This place is absolutely horrible. The sad part is they were dead. I was the only one in the drive thru and there was only 2 people inside while...

I love that they take Canadian Money..that was all I had that day. I also love that they have milk substitutes, like almond, oat, and coconut milk, especially when it is organic.

I also appreciate that I can charge up my phone and electronic devices while I am travelling.

I would like to see less packaging, cleaner bathrooms, and perhaps taking a look at how A & W does things...to produce less waste..as they have no recycling...perhaps serve dine in orders on plates..and if someone brings in their clean takeout coffee mugs for coffee drinks, fill it..instead of putting it in plastic and producing more waste.

This visit I worked on my art while I let my phone and other devices charge. I reused the takeout paper Timmies bags to out my stickers on and colour's so I wouldn't grt any markers on the table...I love reducing, reusing and recycling...the paper bags have been great to store my stickers and sharpies.

So it was a good experince..definitely need more consistent care to the bathrooms...and work on reducing waste, paper, and...

Today, at about 10:20 a.m., I had attempted to order a cappuccino, but had been told that the machine had been down. I had then stated, "I got off the bus for this?" I had then walked away and had heard the employee (male, young & slim, with long blonde hair) snicker, which had angered me.

I had then proceeded to a table to wait for the next bus. He had then stated that I could wait and that it would be about fifteen minutes. Well, I had waited for about 25 minutes without any results, so I had left PISSED!

This is the second time this has happened at this location, though I have only been there about four times. I will no longer be getting off the bus for a maybe. Your employee thinks the situation is funny and he KNEW that I was dissatisfied, yet he did nothing about following through and remedying it! Why was that machine down at that time and why for so long?
