I purchased a dryer and when I went to use it the exhaust wasn't hooked up after I paid for installation. The delivery men were nice and did a great job getting it in the house with out damaging anything. They ran the dryer and left. When I went to use it, the exhaust is just hanging and not even partially attached to the back of the machine.
