Edit/ update: they are sending me a new strap. I've upgraded my review.
Purchased a new roller backpack bag at a tournament on March 8th. I used the bag for three games that tournament without the backpack attachment and then used it for a tournament this past weekend (2 weeks later) with the backpack strap because I wanted to give it a try.
After the second game, I took my bag off the fence to throw it over my shoulders, only to find that one of the lower strap pieces had broken. I contacted the place I bought it from, who contacted the VP and said they would not replace the part, but could sell it to me for $10 and to email the info email.
I emailed the info email, and they asked for a picture of what I needed. I sent them a picture of the backpack strap piece. They said they could sell it to me. I told them I just needed the strap. Then they said "we asked for a picture of what was needed and you sent the whole strap."
Yeah, that's because I don't have the piece that broke off because it broke off. But even Stevie Wonder could look at the picture I sent and see which strap is broken.
This is my first experience with SIS, and, unfortunately, it will be my last. I need the backpack function because I manage my team and roll my team bag already. But there are others out there who both make quality bags and have good customer service to go with it. I'll be taking my business there in the future đ

Thank you.â My issue is that this shouldnât have been a reason to ban me from purchasing again, which was unnecessary as I simply asked a question.
Their âexceptional customer serviceâ is actually very amateur. They were rude and banned me from purchasing because of a routine question. As a new customer and resident of Maryland (their store is in NY), I havenât seen their products in person to fully understand which colors and sizes I needed. I ordered multiple and attempted to return what I didnât need. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I missed the return window. I respectfully asked if they could make an exception (a very common question for customer service and I would have been fine with a simple yes or no), they seemed irritated I even asked - no greetings in the emails, bold letters, etc. I wasnât mad I couldnât make the return (I still replied respectfully). I ended up finding a happy home for the pieces I didnât want, so now that I could see for myself what I did want, I went to order the right product and they banned me just for asking a question. If youâre expecting to need customer service from them or youâre new and unsure what to get, I wouldnât order because they are amateurs and would rather refuse you as a customer than provide what they advertised as exceptional service.    Read moreWe purchased one of the baseball bags as my son needed something with more space. First of all, absolutely love the color options! Second, I always worry about durability, but this bad boy is NICE! We are only a few weeks into it, but so far it seems great! Zippers and shelves definitely feel more sturdy than other bags we have tried. BEST PART you ask?! Everything has a place!!!!! đ€Ł My son is boujee and has ALL the things. So having a place for everything to go and not have to cram/carry things is nice! He fits 2/3 gloves, helmet, elbow guard, knee guard, sliding mitt, two pair of batting gloves, 2 bats (actually holds 4), pitching warmup equipment, two pair of cleats, two water bottles, layering clothes and STILL HAS ROOM! So this is a win for us! Even with all his crap in there, my son says itâs still very comfortable to wear!
The bag has a spot for 4 bats. But my son has a -8 31in Icon and a -5 32in Warp that can not fit together on the same side. He also can not fit his Meta in with either of them. The barrels are too large to have two on each side. So my ONLY recommendation is that the bat pockets need a little more space if Baseballers want to use all 4 bat pockets.
We also purchased a Bonesaber fungo bat for my husband (whoâs a coach) and he loves it!
