Creative Florist — Local services in Town of Clay

I am beyond livid with this shop! They are highly unprofessional and do not deserve even a 1 star. They have been avoiding rectifying a matter for days now. I went to them to do a funeral spray for a childhood friends father, I was beyond disappointed and truly feel disrespected with the outcome for $229 the girl on last Tuesday night was young and when I told her I did flowers I don’t think she believed me. I asked her would she like the picture I showed her as a reference and she assured me she knew what she was doing. Clearly she went back there when I left and did a quick sloppy job and called it a night because the place closed within 30mins. 1. The blue carnations were poorly sprayed blue and not fully covered. 2. The heart edges were not symmetrical and the lines look wonky 3. Any funeral SPRAY has greenery and she jipped me on any truly, I’ve never even seen greenery trimmed down like what she did, I was literally given floor scraps from probably other arrangements 4. The carnations were sunken and not filled with precision and I know the cost of carnations, so to do the absolute bare minimum for that price is taking advantage, not to mention the piece came out smaller than expected so it should have been done with finesse and care rather than cut at all different lengths with not uniformity and just poorly pushed in there. 5. Because it was so last minute I didn’t read reviews but had I - I would have considered taking my business elsewhere and since its not being handled right I am writing this review and taking to the BBB. I know customer service having other businesses and I feel this was way beneath what I could have done. For people who haven’t worked with flowers they may be impressed but I am so “creatively” beyond that I would of never sent that out looking that way and that’s just courtesy and professionalism! This piece isn’t worth $75 let alone the arm and leg I was charged for it. Had I known they would just rush to get it down in 30 mins I wouldn’t of trusted them with my friends fathers funeral - it’s an embarrassment- they could of done it early before the calling hours because it didn’t need to be there til 1pm the next day - last thing I told the girl was to make it beautiful and if she thinks that’s attractive then she’s in the wrong industry and someone more seasoned should of done it or helped her out. One star is too much in my opinion. I ordered 2 arrangements as a Christmas present and they were delivered to the wrong house and also, were not the deluxe size that I had ordered. When I called Creative Florist, I left a message and they never called me back. I called again and to my shock, the women in charge denied even doing one of my order's, which were confirmed they were infact done by them and then screamed at me and told me her delivery guy wouldn't make this mistake. I called teleflora and complained and they promised me that my order's would never go to them again. I have both cards from Creative Florist with the order number's on them and nobody made things right for me. Also, the flower's had such a strong chemical on them that the recipient could not keep the arrangements. DON'T GO TO THIS FLORIST, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!! NOT...

So disappointed, ordered flowers for my sons wedding. Went to pick them up morning of wedding and the order was unfinished.. I was told to come back in an hour I went back still not finished. I asked that they deliver the flowers to the wedding venue for free they did however the flowers arrived and the brides bridal bouquet had broken flowers, and hardly any greenery, there was also brown pedals .And arrived in Red solo cups... seriously..... I definitely overpaid.the person who delivered the flowers made a comment to the venue staff about the broken stems of flowers and they left them broken didn't try to fix.The wrist corsages looked like they were for a child, the maid of honor bouquet had no ribbon on the stems even when it was requested. Never going back. I feel there should be some sort of refund. What a huge disappointment and...
