Normally I don't post reviews, I work in the service industry and I know how hard it can be, but I'm so disappointed tonight I felt I needed to share.
I ordered a build your own cravings box with a gordita crunch, a 5 layer beefy burrito, nachos with cheese, with a dragon fruit brisk, and a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito with light chipotle sauce and NO tomatoes. I hand my boyfriend his chipotle ranch burrito and as soon as he bit into it we realized it had tomatoes in it, and was LOADED with chipotle sauce. We say, okay, one minor annoyance, we can deal with it. I then go to pull my nachos and cheese out of the bag, and the staff members neglected to put the lid on the cheese sauce so the cheese spilled all over everything. Myself and our car included, so I clean up the mess then try to enjoy the nachos with the little cheese I had left that didnt spill, and realize that my nachos were COVERED in cinnamon dust (im guessing from the cinnamon twists which is weird because we had NO cinnamon or dessert items of any kind on our order). So I then move onto my (what should have been) 5 layer beefy burrito and realized that I got a bean and beef burrito instead! Add the fact that I did not receive a single sauce packet (which we specifically requested and were told that they were in the bag already) and the miserable, rude attitude from the girl at the window this makes our worst experience with a taco bell, ever. Read moreThis is the 3rd time I've been here, and now I know for sure that there is a consistent issue with correct/complete orders. Last time they handed me a bag that felt awfully light, even though I ordered a box. I looked in the bag, saw the sides to my order, and realized there was no box meal altogether. I looked back up at the drive thru worker and she opened up after a minute. I said, "there's no box" and she rolled her eyes as she looked back over to the screen. She then went around the corner and came back with my box, handing it to me without even a word... Poor service. Today I placed my order, thinking last time was a one off. It sounded like the drive thru employee was doing well, asked what sauce I want and everything. I pulled around, paid, and he hands me a drink that's 3/4 full, just the box and no receipt. I figure, well, I guess I don't really need my receipt, and I'm assuming the sauce is in the box. Pull over and park, open the box, no sauce. No napkins either. 10 mos. later, no changes. Still can't use the app. Cries for help go unheard. I now know that I have entered into a toxic and abusive relationship with Taco bell. They hurt me time and time again, yet I continue to go back. I think maybe this time it will be different, this time they will understand and value me and say things like " so sorry about before" and "we've missed you" but they don't. They unapologetically ask me "how can we make things better"? But they don't really mean it. It's like when your parents asked you what you want for your birthday dinner, but then gave you hot dogs instead. Looking you right in the eye and expecting your appreciation. You win Taco Bell.
