I wanted to start off by saying I’ve been buying from Raymour over the years. All my furniture is Raymour. This time around it hasn’t n a pleasant experience whatsoever. Since July 20, 2020 I’ve been reaching out to Raymour to get my old mattress taking away when they delivered my new mattress and box spring set. I’ve had couches and dining room sets delivered after that date and I keep getting a confirmation that my mattress will be picked up and upon arrival, the technicians say they are not equipped to take my mattress. So I’m lost on what to do. I emailed service@raymour and no one gets back to me either to address this. I even called because my dining room table from them is defective because the wood is peeling off. This experience is so frustrating that no one get back to you. Read moreFAST UNLOAD!! 5 a.m. Appointment. Arrived at 4:45 a.m.. Checked In and on the Dock by 4:55 a.m.. They were on Lunch Break. Lunch ended at 5 a.m.. They put the Dock Ramp on my Trailer at 5:05 a.m.. Floor Loaded, no pallets, 53' Swing Door Dry Van crammed FULL of Furniture. They had me Unloaded and Checked Out with Paperwork in Hand at 5:45 a.m.. Floor Loaded Furniture unloaded in 30 minutes???? That's UNHEARD OF in this industry.

It took over 8 weeks for them to schedule the delivery and then they only brought the bed, no mattress!
