Terrible first experience with dunk & bright!!! Ordered a sectional from there given a time frame they were past it. When they got here the delivery drivers were very nice and pleasant but were not experienced said they wouldn't be able to get the biggest part of my couch in. I had to have my husband leave work and we were able to get it in within 10 minutes(they were there the first time over an hour) then. One part of the sectional was the wrong color so they had to come back the next day... but the biggest part that they had so much trouble with would need to be replaced so they reordered another one due to tears and chipped wood. They offered me $100 to buy something else instead of taking it off the bill, haven't heard back about when the replaced will be delivered and my house is still in disarray because were still waiting for the delivery. Ordered a dresser, was given the delivery date, never received a call about delivery, called and was told someone forgot to push a button to have it loaded on truck, so no delivery this day. Delivery rescheduled for the following week, well guess what. Receive a call, the night before delivery, item is out of stock. I asked for a refund, please email me confirmation..nothing as of yet, but I figured that much. Worst company ever. UPDATE: I was contacted by Mr. Bright who apologized for my issues, it was nice for someone to reply and try to resolve the situation. Thanks...
Read moreWe went to the Clay store looking for bar stools for the island in our new home. The sales lady was especially helpful and directed us to a couple of choices that were very comfortable and on sale. On the day of delivery (which was 4 days later!) they accidentally delivered them to our old home in Canastota despite having the new address. We called Customer Service and within a short time, they were delivered to our new place in Cicero. I would say that the delivery people and the customer service gal went above and beyond expectations! Thank you for another great experience...
