8/28/19 1:15 PM: I walked around the entire store twice without seeing an employee. When one finally appears with a Bluetooth in her ear, she ignores me (standing at the counter and addressing her) and starts talking about her car keys t(the Bluetooth I assume). I walk away disgusted. Then a second employee appears and I turn back and to ask if anyone is working today. He rudely snaps back at me "I asked you what you want"! After an unpleasant and awkward transaction, I go to the warehouse for my lumber, and SURPRISE... nobody is there. Often, I've had to search for the employees and pressure them to help.
