We had a slow leak from a plumbing fixture that built up and took down parts of a ceiling and damaged parts of the walls in a very large room. There was also damage to the carpet, an electric fixture, and some furniture. I called Quick Response in late afternoon. They offered to come immediately, but I said the next morning would be good enough.

They came then and cleaned up the mess very thoroughly. They removed lingering moisture and ran air purifiers for days. They replaced the drywall, the electrical fixture, and the carpet throughout the room. They painted the whole room. They also built an acces panel for the place where the leak originated. All of their people were very polite, friendly, and proficient in their work.

Our plumber fixed the leak, we notified our insurance company and had a visit with an adjuster whom they sent out. After that, it was all Quick Response. They took care of the dealings with the insurance company. They took all of the burden off of us and produced great results. We could not ask for more.

At first, all of this damage was a bewildering shock. Quick Response knew what to do and made things right. If we had to do it all over again, we would do the same.

When Quick Response arrived, a very dark day immediately turned brighter. Within 90 minutes of us calling them (in a panic), there was a team at our house cleaning up and containing the mess. I recently had a water issue at my home. Water overflowed from my bathtub & traveled through my house into every room except my kitchen. Initially, I thought I could correct the problem myself.
