Where do I begin...... The high prices? The poor customer service? Roughly five years ago I attempted to order a specific handgun. Guy (skinny, tattooed) took down my name(dismissively), unfortunately not my phone number... (Seemed odd at the time as I was unsure how they were going to get ahold of me). So I said whatever, I've purchased a firearm there before so they must have my contact information. After this interaction, I proceeded to leave the premises. Upon return to my humble abode, I thought to myself: Boy, sure can't wait for my gun to come in! That was roughly five years ago and counting. Pretty safe to say they didn't take me as a serious customer as that was about 40 guns ago. Oh well, their loss. Place can't handle a simple request. Too bad really, people there seemed sincere. Just teaches you- Never judge a book by its cover. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Heck, the clammy, heavy set, pig looking fellow that can hardly breath without inhaling a slice of pepperoni at AT&G can get pretty much any gun you want. Also takes his job very seriously! Read moreCall Zach sports about a but stock adjustment was told that I needed to be there in person with the fire arm to make this adjustment. When into Zach sports Tuesday There was a large line of people waiting to be seen. I was asked what I was there for , I told them I was there for a but stock adjustment. But that there were people in front of me,I waited 45 minutes to be told I need to leave the firearm because they were busy.they were quick to help those in line buying firearms but blow off the small quick adjustment..at that time there was only one person behind me in line, really wish I bought my firearms elsewhere so that the profit went to a gun shop that didn't just care about the big sale...be warned,my lesson was learned, only hope others heed the warning.great service of your spending enough money for them....hope this review finds you well.ill update to as you...
Read morewanted to buy my first NY pistol here. the guy i talked to initially was cool and pretty helpful. i was all set to buy my $1400 pistol but when i came in the second time someone else was there and i got nothing but attitude. they act like they dont need your business. it wasn't just him either. i came back a 3rd time with a friend to buy something small and another guy gave him a similar attitude. like they just cant be bothered with you. they treat this store like a private club and you need to be one of the cool kids. well the jokes on them because not only did i buy my pistol elsewhere, but i have also bought 6 other pistols from Target and Outdoorsman totalling around 4k. despite what they may think, customer service does matter. i refuse to even buy a paper target from Zacks and i make sure to tell all my friends not to buy...
