I needed a heating element for my dryer. I live in a rural area. So it was a 55 min drive there. I had called to inquire about the part. He had the correct part waiting hor me. I was in and out in less than 10 mins with the correct part. This was a Saturday.. he was open at 9 am.. in snowy weather.. I had dryer working that afternoon. I cannot recommend this store enough! Noel was extremely helpful when we were choosing our appliance. We purchased a scratch and dent that was delivered promptly by a great team.
