I had ordered a case of wagyu from reliable brothers. Snake river took almost 2 months to deliver the order and when It arrived my order was not on the truck. I had already taken preorders for the product as well. Todd Fisher, literally dropped everything and drove all the way to Boston, Massachusetts for me to go pick up a few loins so that I got the product that I ordered. If that is not customer service then I dont know what is. I dont care what he is getting paid currently but he deserves a raise and a good one!! I have never seen a company/person go out of their way for a customer...

Nice and polite place. Very clean and professional, quick to unload with little delay when the door cleared.
