We purchased our washer and dryer from them and the service, scheduling, and professionalism was fantastic. I called to have someone help with a stove conversion from gas to LP and the technician arrived on schedule but was extremely unprofessional. I asked him to take his shoes off and he said he couldn't due to insurance reasons (totally reasonable) he acted a little upset to go back to the truck for shoe covers. He began to start working on the stove and I hear him yell "Jesus Christ" loudly. He immediately started throwing a fit about the parts that were taken off before he got there (which I told him about before hand on the phone). He didn't want to touch anything after that. He repeated over and over how he's not going to go any further with it. I really didn't have a problem with him explaining his concerns (they were not unreasonable), but he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My wife and I couldn't believe how he acted. I called a local handyman and he was respectful, professional and took care of it...

Jensen Akins is truly an old-fashioned, service and customer oriented business, a rarity in today’s business world. Our appliances were all purchased through Jensen Aikens. We recently went there to replace a washer that was not working well. They were very helpful in showing us replacement washers, but also were curious about what was malfunctioning on our existing washer. Our salesman, consulting the service department, provided us with a solution to our problem, and saved us from having to buy a new washer. Service above sales! How rare is that?
