Escape Lounges — Local services in Town of De Witt

I was in the Syracuse, NY International Airport ( SYR) Escape Lounge on May 9, 25’. After showing my AMEX Platnium Card and boarding pass, I was kindly greeted my 2 very friendly host. The food selection was nice and I was surprised how good the Chicken and Rice was. There were several options of fruit and a nice salad selection. There was a nice looking soup, but I did not try it. Next I enjoyed 2 decently poured Absolutes and Gingers. To top it off they had yogurt and various cookies. The quiet well run room was very clean and I saw one of the workers actually testing the temperature of the milk that was used for the 3 kinds of cereal that they also provided free of all charges. Besides being very happy with the outlay they provided, I have to say what stood out most was the kindness of the people working there. They seemed very genuine in the small talk and really couldn’t have been more polite and inviting. This mid size city airport stacks up in the top percentile of lounges I have been in all around the world. Syracuse International Airport is Very well run and the lounge was Great!!! Escape Lounges at Syracuse Hancock International Airport is a fantastic spot to relax before a flight. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff who made the check-in process seamless. The lounge itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal.

The food selection exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options—far better than the usual airport fare. The drink selection was also impressive, with a great mix of complimentary and premium options. The seating is comfortable, with plenty of space to work or unwind, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was a huge plus.

What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff regularly checked in to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this lounge is well worth a visit.

I’ll definitely be stopping by again on my next trip...
