It is with sadness that I am submitting a negative review (only the second time I have ever done that). B & B has good customer service when you visit the showroom. However, they are abysmal at communicating and fail to follow up on problems that arise. They poorly stored our carpet that remained in their warehouse for many months, as they could not install it due to staffing issues. Once installed, they acknowledged some of the problems, said they would follow up and make it right. They have never done so. It is over 5 weeks, and no one has called to schedule an appointment to make it right. I am tired of calling them (as I did many times to schedule the installation), and we are currently planning to rip out the carpet and to work with another carpet company in Ithaca. Read moreWe had B&B Floor Coverings install carpets in 3 of our treatment rooms and our reception area at our Dryden location of McCune, Murphy & Potter Physical Therapy yesterday. We were definitely concerned about having this done during our hours of operations, but Gage, Spencer and Mike did an AMAZING job!! There was very little disruption during the day, we were able to treat all of our patients with no issues, and the speed and professionalism with which these three worked was exceptional. They were friendly, considerate and super hard-working. We will most certainly request that the they be involved in the next project we do with B&B Floor Covering. All of our rooms look fantastic. Read moreI ordered tile that came in broke and had to reorder. When the second order arrived it was too late for my contractor to use so I cancelled the order. I was charged 25% restocking fee for something that was not my fault. It took over 2 months for them to refund my 75% my money. The owner did not respond to my emails and the staff gave me the runaround for 2 months. I will be going to BBB as this is not right that they charged me 25% or over $200 restocking fee when the original tile was broke.
