CC Soundz Car Stereo — Local services in Town of East Fishkill

Wow!!! Wow!!! And Wow!!!! I just moved from the Bronx in January and my speakers blew out while living up here. There are hundreds of custom radio shops in the Bronx but I decided to try my luck up here to support a small business. I was looking at reviews for a while week and when I found Cc Soundz I didn’t like the reviews and was skeptical but I liked how he responded back to most of the negative feed back. I went to 3 other places to get quotes and they were all so unhelpful. When I came here he was extremely busy but heard my story and fit me in anyway. He worked on the car right in front of me and helped me with any questions and inquiries I had about the installation. (Yes they do work outside so if you don’t like the heat or rain bring it another day!!). I never leave reviews but from this experience it was almost like family he even referred me to a competitor just because he didn’t have one of my items in stock.

I don’t know who gave these negative reviews but they either work at Best Buy or are friends with some competitors. He even told me that 2 of the negative reviews were spot on and he tried his hardest to resolve the issue. Honesty is always key in my book. Came in for an appointment to get my insurance pictures done. Parking lot is extremely small and I had to park my brand new car near dirty dumpsters and in dumpster water. Sliding door was the only door visible. No sign or nothing. I opened the door and was told wrong door without even entering. The door jammed and not one worker offered to help, felt like leaving it open and walking away. I then went around and spoke about an appointment from 11-2. They proceeded to tell me the pictures wont be taken in the rain and the picture guy comes after 3. So why make the appointment in the first place. I had a new SONY stereo unit installed by ccsoundz, in Hopewell Jct, NY just before the holidays this past December 2019. It was a gift for my kids, for their car. I went, had everything explained to me, was offered options and they even told me that I didn't need to break the bank on a more expensive system (which I was considering) and went with the one they suggested. They could have easily sold me a much more expensive unit (double in price) but they didn't. Joe and Carissa were honest and professional, and they stand behind their products and work.
