What can I say about these guys. The brothers learned from their Dad how to treat customers. We used them to put our whole new system in 2 years ago with a 10 year 24hr emergency service agreement. The other Folkes, couldn't honor their agreement and was putting us 2-3 days out for service with no AC. A huge difference from when the brothers were running the business. When they split from the other Folkes and opened Folkes brothers, the other Folkes service just feel apart, slow service, no call backs and unable to honor their agreements. I'd had enough this week and decided to go to the brothers at Folkes Brother's.... what a GREAT decision that was, got us an emergency service when we weren't even their customer same day and then showed us the system for the future ourselves. Brandon was the technician and he was absolutely awesome on communication for arrival, showing us the system and tuning it up si everything is running like it should. When you search Folkes, make sure you include "brothers" after Folkes. The difference is not even close to how awesome this team is compared to the other guys. I don't think I'll be using anyone else moving forward or recommending anyone else to friends and family. For a business owner who sells thousands of properties a year, these guys will get my recommendation every time now. Read moreJust had a great experience with Folkes Brothers and wanted to give a big shoutout to Brandon who came out for our AC tune-up! He was super professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He replaced our air filter, cleaned the indoor coil, flushed the drain line, and even found a loose drain connection that he fixed on the spot. But what really stood out was that he noticed mold in the air handler, right where the air blows out. We’ve had our ducts cleaned every year and no one ever mentioned this before, which is really, really upsetting. This might explain why our daughter had so many issues with "asthma" caused by "seasonal allergies." I can't wait to confirm that it was the mold that caused her flareups every time we would turn on the AC in the Spring. Anyway, thankfully Brandon took care of it, he cleaned the whole area and installed a UVC system to keep it from coming back. He also found the blower capacitor was running below spec and replaced it, checked refrigerant levels (all good), and swapped out some worn/burned electrical contacts.
