Very disappointed! The staff works so hard to keep the place going with no support from the corporate office which has now upped the rent $550.00 a month for 2025! The building needs alot of work ( no heat in one wing in December, wall paper and painting project has been in the works for over a year, front entrance awning falling down for over six months). My mother’s aides and med techs at Eden Heights, Eden, NY are very kind and caring. The kitchen staff works hard and prepares good food for the residents. Eden Heights brings in musicians and provides nice activities for the Seniors. The facility is kept clean and it looks like they’re trying to update some areas and install new washing machines.
