Dollar General — Local services in Town of Fort Ann

The Dollar General in Fort Ann has lots of great merchandise. I love to run in for this or that, instead of driving to Glens Falls. I am, however, using it less and less often, because the majority of clerks do not wear masks. If they do wear one it is on their chin, or covers only their mouth. There is one gal who always wears one... all I know about her is that she has a young child and when I thanked her for wearing her mask, she told me she wears it to be safe for her child. I wish the other clerks would take this virus seriously. I want the store to succeed, but if I have stopped going there, I am sure others have. Where is the manager of the store? Even some customers come in...

Fort ann dollar general is the worst store I’ve ever been in, I bought some beer and needed to be identified, i had to walk around the store to find someone, who the then said someone will be with you in a minute, 15 minutes later the came out acting like i was interrupting there time, every time my wife goes in she’s treated very poorly, when will management start taking care of these people that disrespect the customers, I went to the complaint website and they want $20 th lodge a complaint, no one is going to pay to complain so that way it keeps there complaints down, if anyone doesn’t believe me try it...

How typical of these lazy employees to refuse to accept a $100 bill for payment of a fair large number of items because they had “just made a safe drop” and “had no cash.” You had no cash at noon in convenience store to cash a hundred dollar bill? We left with no groceries and no other store to buy them at because the employees at this store we so poor at their jobs they could not even run cash registers correctly.
