Tractor Supply Company - Frankfort Distribution Center — Local services in Town of Frankfort

Place has turned into every other warehouse. Was pretty good when they first opened. Takes 10 minutes per truck to get through the gate now. Show up with 3 trucks in front of you you're a half hour to get in. Go in to office, 5 drivers standing around waiting for 20 minutes for them to get off their smoke break just to stamp paperwork. Maybe not all take break at once? Maybe cover the office instead of wasting everybody's time? Took over an hour just to drop a trailer and bobtail out. Also not many signs to tell you where things are. There's 2 inbound and outbound lanes but no signs so drivers that haven't been there before are unsure of what lanes you can or cannot use, so that causes confusion(you can use both). A small truck stop with parking just opened across the street so that's pretty sweet.

Update: Little bit better now. Added signs. Still an overly lengthy process at the guard shack getting trucks in and out. Often see only one...

If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! THANK YOU for always being so kind, caring, courteous, and accommodating to us drivers. You have gone above and beyond for my company to help make things easier and faster and by the sounds of things you do the same for other carriers who come in there. Other distribution centers across the country should take a page out of your book. Please don't ever change? I will continue to come back to this customer as often as I can book loads for my trucks...

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I WENT TO. IVE SPENT HERE 4 DAYS, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE FROM TRACTOR SUPPLIES MESSED UP THE DELIVERY NUMBERS IN THE SYSTEM. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR MAKING ME GOING ALMOST CRAZY. AND THE WORST THING WAS IS THAT IT WAS FRIDAY AND I LOST A WEEKEND LOAD, TIME.MONEY, BUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THAT. ONCE AGAIN BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE THEY CAN CONVERT YOUR DAY INTO NIGHTMARE...
