I found this taco truck when I went to Taco Fest 2 years ago, then I saw them again at Wing Fest this year and then at Taco Fest this year. They were my favorite at all these events. I was so excited to find out that they were going to be at a concert in Pleasant Valley tonight. I told my friends and family they were going to be there, so they all showed up. Steven and the Las Tres team are the absolute best. We decided to have them cater our wedding after falling in love with their food at a tasting. We honestly couldn't have picked a better option. It randomly started raining at our outdoor venue, and Steven immediately jumped into action to get our food setup inside.
