I returned to bowling after 6 years away had some significant fit issues that were making the game more difficult than it needed to be and causing quite a a bit of pain in my finger joints. Russ took the time to really listen to and consider my concerns. I came away with a much better fit, which I rapidly had the shop apply to all my equipment. Since that time I have gotten nothing but great service and consutlation from Russ, Tommy, and Josh.
