Suave Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Gates

Staff is nice enough, food is good..

One of the primary reasons I’m writing this review is to express my extreme disappointment and anger and time I’ve had to spend over the years peeling these Suave stickers off my bollards, my menu boards, my brick, my plaster, my dumpsters. I mean these stickers are littered everywhere all the time. And now what I’m supposed to just think the people behind Suave or the ones that handed out these stickers are ignorant to their stickers being placed in all sorts of places they shouldn’t? Peoples businesses, all the outside property items that I mentioned above..

This is how Suave does business? I avoid and tell everybody to avoid Suave at every opportunity. Grimy, messy people have messed up your reputation.. whoever is behind the stickers idea. Because it’s all over drive thrus and restaurants and again everywhere they shouldn’t be. I provided a picture of just 1 example of thousands all over the city of Rochester.

I really like this place! The staff and kitchen chefs are amazing and really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Located in the CVS plaza on Lyell-Spencerport Rd. In Gates, it is easy to find and parking is ample. I had ordered the chicken wings before and they cooked them as I requested and the sauce was amazing! This time, I ordered a large pizza and a Calzone. The regular crust pizza was delicious! I had ordered one half with Pesto sauce with vegetables and pepperoni and the other half with red sauce and pepperoni, meatballs and sausage.All with mozzarella cheese.The Calzone is huge! So, Suave Kitchen…. What a gem of a find. Probably top pizza place in the west side of Rochester along with Savatanos, which is right in front. Totally different feel here though. Tons of wing sauces to try! Haven’t had one I didn’t like yet! Cheap boneless wings that are good. Bone in wings are on point with everywhere else price wise, but always jumbo, well sauced, and cooked perfectly. No pigeon wings like Marks Pizzeria. Pizza is really good, perfect crust unlike most of the local chains that serve you inedible slop these days. Also, Thursdays are $10 plate nights!
