Lake Geneva House of Music — Local services in Town of Geneva

My husband and I went to music fest last night. First time at this venue. We had the most amazing experience here. Who/Zeppelin/ Queen cover bands were so good! It felt like we were back in the 70's! The staff here were awesome. The atmosphere was perfect! I can't say enough great things about this place. We definitely will be coming back here. Hope they update coming events so we can make plans for another great time ! Thank you to all the wonderful staff and owner. Also just wanted to say I left my vehicle there overnight ( had a little too much to drink to drive) but went to pick it up in morning and it was perfectly fine! My husband and I came down with COVID. I have been calling both of their phone numbers and left messages for 3 days about seening if we could get a refund or a credit for the tickets we bought for one of their shows. I even spoke to Susan and supposedly she took a message and said she would have the ticket office call me back. However, no one has called back nothing for 3 days. I don't think this is a good way to run a business! I had tickets to see Luke Bryan and Ticketmaster was able to get back to me within 12 hrs of my initial contact. However, Lake Geneva House of Music can't return 6 messages in 3 days. Don't do business with them they don't care about...

We attended Taco Fest in 2023, and sat at the bar almost the entire day and had an AMAZING time! The staff was super fun and friendly, and poured great drinks all day.

So we were looking SOO forward to doing it again in 2024. WOW, what a disappointment.

The staff was arguing amongst themselves the entire day. The management was questioning their motives and checking their sales numbers during the peak rush. The drinks were extremely inconsistent, switching from decent to TINY half way through the day. It was just total chaos. The customers were definitely the LAST thing on anyone's minds. We will be very hard-pressed to go...
