Very unprofessional company. Family owned, mother took the order very personable. After that all down hill. 10/12/18 ordered shed 12/1/18 delivery expected 12/1/18-12/15/18 left 3 messages..none of them returned 12/15/18 drove past and saw a car outside..stopped in and mom said shed is on the lot and I would get a call in a day or two. 12/20/18 received call from a gentleman..they had a delivery date of 12/24/18 @ 7:00 am or after the new year. We agreed to the 12/24/18 delivery. 12/23/18 my husband left NYC at 4:00 am to meet the delivery inPA by 7:00. He also hired 2 additional men to help with transfer of old shed to new shed.We are working against time. Footes never showed. Of course we left a message but never heard from them. Bought my first shed here in 2004. Back to buy another for my new home. Woman that sold me the one in 2004 was still there today. It took me only minutes to pick out my shed but it took me almost an hour to leave because I just love talking with her.. really really nice lady with a nice family story. Buy American buy local and buy from these guys. Their sheds are made with four by fours not three by fours which is why they stand up and last four decades.
