DON'T BUY HERE IT'LL COST MORE IN THE LONG RUN.
My wife and I went mattress shopping the young lady was very nice and explained to us about how they have a non prorated warranty and it was better than anything you'll find around here. I guess that's the stuff they say to sell a mattress.
The first mattress they delivered ended up getting dirty on the truck and we refused it as no warranty will cover a dirty mattress.
About 6 to 8 months later our mattress ended up breaking down and having body impressions. We called them and they said they would replace it but wanted to know if we were interested in a better mattress for more money we were afraid that this one broke down so quick a better mattress maybe better for us so we paid the difference and another delivery fee.
Well the mattress was better it lasted 4 more months than the last one. We called again and they sent a mattress warranty guy and he agreed that the mattress was breaking down once again. The store told us that this was the last exchange on the mattress and refused to work with us on another mattress. My wife and I decided what we should do is just go mattress shopping as we didn't have faith in the product at this point. We ended up buying a mattress made right in the area and feel it's going to be a superior product.
We decided we would still exchange out our old mattress and use it else where. Not wanting to pay a fee once again to deliver a new one I decided I would take the old mattress and squeaky spring on a Sunday. We called the store to make sure it wasn't a wasted trip and they would have one in stock. They apparently don't have a key to the warehouse on Sundays and couldn't exchange it. Talk about an inconvenience what furniture store can't get to their inventory on the weekends?
I ended up taking time out of my work day to get this done. I have a bird that took up residence under our porch well that bird ended up soiling one of the box springs. I tried to wipe it off but it would come off of the fabric. When I got to the store the lady noticed the spot and started licking her finger trying to wipe it off I didn't have the heart to tell her what the spot really was. She stated that they were picky on soiled box springs and wouldn't exchange them.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE is the moral of...
Read moreBefore you purchase, shop around, because they are not the lowest price, and they refuse to negotiate. They give out a time frame that they dont meet, so you are waiting on them. They have lost my business, along with my friends and family who were also in the market for new furniture this year.
Let me start by saying that our sales lady, Moriah, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. By far the best sales rep I have dealt with during my endeavour to purchase a new living room set. I found a couch set that I fell in love with that I was going to purchase from them. They gave me the price and I had tried to negotiate said price, but Moriah was unable to do so without approval from the boss. I was to expect a call "within an hour" at 3pm. An hour turned into the next day at noon. A simple call an hour later stating that they hadn't received a response, or even a promise to call "soon" would've sufficed. But the promise of an hour was given, and not met. In the mean time I had a chance to find the same exact furniture set elsewhere for even less than the price I had negotiated for. When my call was finally returned, they had said the price they originally gave me was their "lowest price". Because I had found the same set, I had then quoted the price I had received elsewhere, and asked them again to match the original price I had offered, to which I had to wait "15 minutes" which turned into 4 hours later, to get the response of "well if Steinhafels has that price, its a really good deal and you should go there instead". So needless to say, I am now going to Steinhafels to purchase the SAME EXACT set for much cheaper. Valeri's does not want your business, they just...

Well, 1 month in and my cushions are already sagging so here it goes..... the initial purchase was a nightmare. I called the store 3 times asking how much my credit app had been approved for. Twice I was told "I'm really busy. Call back later". The third time I told her I'd be driving 1.5 hours. She finally called me back. So I drove that. I walked in, picked out my furniture, sat on it. Walked around. Sat on it again. Went to some comparison stores. Walked back in and sat on It again. (if it weren't for the size of the piano wedge, I would've NEVER ordered from here). I measured my livingroom. Told them the layout. Ordered my furniture. While walking out with the invoice in hand I noticed it was wrong. Went back to the counter before even leaving the store telling them I needed the chaise on the right, piano wedge on the left. "ok, I've corrected it", he said. OVER an entire month later I get the call that my furniture is in. "chaise on the left, piano wedge on the right". WRONG! when I asked what they were willing to do to correct the issue, "well, you see, the pieces you want are on back order but we will credit you $120 only IF you accept the wrong stuff. .mind you, this is a $2600.00...
