they take there time had a 3pm appointment checked in with them at 245 pm waited until 5pm for them to tell what door to put my trailer in. waited another 3 and half hours for them to tell im loaded. finally when i was out of there it was 845 pm. everytime you turn around i was watching there loaders come out and take cigarette breaks every 20 minutes , asked them whats going on with my trailer all they do is give you the run around kept saying we are loading. the guy in front of me was waiting there for 9 hours to get his trailer loaded that place is a joke if it was up to me i would never get aload from there again and they over load you to.. drivers dont waste your time and they dont put times in and out on your bills you ask them to put times down and they say its company policy they cant put times...

Also call Fifco (226) to make simple when u hit the little guard check right next to the lil food store just drive straight to the back until u see the white sign with the arrow going to the right and drive until u see the number building door 226 call the phone number in the sign, they will answer and after u give them ur pick up number they will text you with instructions,,,, in the mean time park to ur right with the others guys that are waiting( bobtail and semi with trailers) ....after they text you with door number just go behind that door 226 that said exit .... plenty room and as long you careful you be fine...ground inside is even and is plenty room....just don't rush if ...open doors , back to dot, slide tandems and disconnect and go back to the same place u park before and wait for...

If I could only leave 0 star or none for these heartless people , who have no respect for truck drivers. No matter you're 1 min or 1 hour late, they will torture you by making you wait at least 10 hours. There is no shipper like these people on Earth. I wonder if their boss gives a damn to read these reviews to find out how these warehouse employees are doing. Since they have no respect for humanity, better to stay away. I hope they believe in such a thing called Karma, by torturing another human being I hope some day they learn their lesson. Literally, it takes 30 min to load a truck but no, they make sure to leave you hungry, thirsty for hours. Who would think it'd take 10 hrs to get loaded and you cant leave the promises thinking they can call you any...
