MY THIRD UPDATE ABOUT THIS BUS COMPANY AND THEIR DRIVERS: AGAIN, TODAY I OPENED MY DOOR SO THEY KNEW I WAS COMING LIKE I TOLD THEM I WOULD DO AND DIDN’T THEY DRIVE OFF AS I WAS WALKING OUT TO PUT MY SON ON THE BUS. SUCH A TRASHY BUS COMPANY, JUST SHUT DOWN ALREADY!!!!

UPDATE: AGAIN, MASSIVE ISSUES WITH THIS BUS COMPANY! SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL AND THEY LITERALLY DROVE PAST MY HOUSE AS I WAS WAVING MY HANDS AT THE DOOR TO COME BACK, AND NEVER CAME BACK TO PICK UP MY SON! THEN I CALLED WITH 8 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME BC THIS BUS COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY ABSOLUTE TRASH, AND THE GUY GAVE ME AN EXCUSE, TRIED TALKING OVER ME AND THEN “FORWARDED” ME TO THE GM WHICH RANG TWICE AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I AM LITERALLY SWITCHING MY SONS SCHOOL FOR THIS REASON AND MORE, AND I AM CALLING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS BUS COMPANY AND REPORTING THEM FOR INADEQUATE CARE OF SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN!!!

This bus company deserves 0 stars!! So trashy, inconsiderate and clearly should not be bussing kids with disabilities if you cannot communicate properly with parents about the bus schedule or when we call to ask questions, have nasty bus drivers with nasty attitudes instead of patience, and can’t wait more than 3 minutes ON THE DOT when picking them up - CLEARLY no one here HAS a child with disabilities, because if you did you would be accommodating and understanding towards the fact that sometimes, we need a little more time!!! I ALSO HAVE TWO OTHER CHILDREN, and you could see my daughters bus picking her up (Monroe Boces WHO IS CONSIDERATE AND WILL WAIT 5+ MINUTES IF NEEDED) then still had the audacity to complain when I literally WASNT MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AT MOST. I am going to be bussing my child to school from now on, and I will be complaining to whoever I can about this...

The dispatch is wonderful at covering for their incompetent drivers. They dripped my child off 45 min before her arrival time and left my 9 year old daughter outside. When I called to ask about the situation they told me that the drivers expect the parents to be home at least 30 minutes prior to drop off time and that the driver was not supposed to drop my child off and leave her she was supposed to put her back on the bus to make her the last drop off and notify the parent even though they told me that they were supposed to do that the driver did not follow that protocol and said that they will talk to her. Also because these busses have GPS on them the dispatch can watch the drivers but it only helps to drive or not the parent several mornings I see my child's bus about a block away from her pickup location and she drives past the house unless my daughter is standing outside across the street from the house which I don't allow I wait till the bus come and let the bus moniter. get off the bus and walk her across.. I really hope Rochester city school districts policy and contract with Ontario changes because whatever Ontario says Rochester city school district goes for my child has been riding the bus for 5 years now and she has never been written up until this year with a new bus driver who looks like she has 0 experience in driving because she wrote my child up for at least 2 times for the...

Do not put your child on these buses!! My son has been riding on the buses on and off for a year or so and has been nonstop issues where they don’t follow my son‘s IEP and they put him in harms way due to it. The recent incident has nothing to do with my child today, I seen the van pull into my driveway really confused because his father picked him up from school today and dropped him off while on his break so I go outside and I said can I help you and they said something about dropping off this little girl can’t remember her name. I said I don’t know who that is and they asked me if my son’s name if he lived here and I said yes and he didn’t show up today. I’m like no his dad picked And then he pulled out this paper in this little girl her address was set for my address Good thing I’m a good person and not some weirdo cause what could’ve happened if she went to some other house and there was some weirdo and they took that opportunity to take this child and something bad happen.
