We did not get a chance to have this experience because of a family emergency, 900 miles back home. To be honest I couldn’t tell you any of their names and that is my fault. We arrived late, greeted by a very awesome guy who was ready and wanting to get us checked and did not miss a beat! We walked outside to join our tour as the lady was still thoroughly explaining everything. Everyone got seated and the tour was probably less than 30 seconds from getting under way when I received a phone call. It was my mother in law, and Fellas, when you’re on vacation and your mother in law calls, YOU ANSWER IT!! You can thank me later. My FIL had a heart attack! I ripped my seat belt off as the nice lady was about to say Go! I can only imagine what was going through her mind! I ran up to tell her what was going on knowing my family was following my cue and them not knowing theirselves what had happened. Without hesitation she obliged and encouraged us to stay safe. ❤️ Well, I want her and the owners, if she isn’t the owner, that we did arrive home safe and my FIL is going to be ok for now! He had triple bypass 3 weeks ago so knowing how scary that phone call was, made the situation much worse. My MIL acted quickly when he came to her, that saved his life ultimately! I promise Revolution Rail Company this, God willing, my family and I will be back and I truly hope we ALL get a chance to get to shake the hands and personally introduce ourselves. Once we made it home after stopping by the hospital, my wife informed me that we were issued a refund from them. I was literally speechless. I sat on a rail bike not knowing what this experience was going to be like. I’m anxious and excited to see what it offers. From what I saw today, I’m know it will be more than worth the trouble we will have gone through to experience it. Again, thank you all for your kindness. In a tough and stressful time in our lives we find genuine people do still exist in this world. May God Bless you all and we will see you...
Read moreWe were very disappointed with out try on this ride. I called to reserve a bike and asked the guy if our infant child can ride with us. He said there is no age limit and he guaranteed to save us a spot and said that we can just pay when we get there. My family drove all the way to the place with a baby and a 4yo child who is very excited, and of course me and my wife to be told that they are sorry his coworker sold our spot to another family. There is no communication between them. I asked the guy over the phone if we’re sure to get a bike and he said they have extra bikes in case of any emergencies. I would have also paid on the phone if he didn’t tell me we can just pay at the place. I felt so bad for my family. Not sure if we even want to come back in the future. Our experience...
Read moreThis was our first time doing bike rails and it was a lot of fun! The Ride: It was amazing to go over the bridge across the water. The rest was mostly going through trees and see some houses along the way. It was fun and relaxing at the same time. My 5 year old son wasn't tall enough to reach the pedals. But for us adults, it was an easy ride. Maybe some parts needed more leg work but it wasn't difficult at all. The Staff: Applauds to the all the staff who works there. Everyone is super friendly and awesome! Facilities: I was so relieved when I found out there are actual bathroom/restroom at the station. When I saw porta potties outside, I got a bit nervous. But they have actual bathrooms in the building and they were clean...
