The customer service there is next to none. They are honest and everything there they do is safe. They also don't rip you off like the junk yard in Elmsford NY off Rt. A, they rip you off like a mofo. Sawzall the copper ends off of a dirty fin and the piece you cut off is supposed to be 60 to 80 cents a pound, Elmsford Rt 9A junk yard gives you 4 cents a pound. I believe it's because they don't care and they figure people actually most people don't know what the value of each part of what you're tearing off of a compressor or a condenser motor. So they kind of just put the pieces in any category to lower the prices of what they actually are supposed to give you. Action Metal is the best! My 11 and 6 year old boys have an unusual interest in scrap metal. They had been asking me to bring them to a scrap metal yard. I showed up at Action Metal uninvited and had the pleasure of meeting Zack and Brad. Zack took time out of his busy day to give us a tour of the facility and taught my boys about scrap metal.
