Rabbi Kass is the best Sofer out there. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He is also very prompt in getting back to his customers. My family has known him for years and we couldn’t be happier with his business. He’s helped us with our Tefillin and Mezuzot and is always willing to answer any questions we have. I highly recommend him. And you must check out his YouTube channel (called “The Sofer Center”)! There he explains EVERYTHING you need to know about Mezuzot and Tefillin (the different types, how they are prepared, the significance, how to preserve them etc.) There is nothing like this out there and this is all stuff we should have been taught when we were younger. I live "out of town" and need to rely on a trustworthy sofer who will supply me with high quality - yet well priced - mezuzos and tefillin for my community.
