The fishing piers. I've never had much luck actually catching fish here but there is a fully stocked bait & tackle shop although with limited hours. One would think there are fish to be had here as it is only 3 miles of open channel water to the middle of Jones Inlet and ocean water. Well lit wooden fishing piers. Ever since my boys wanted to learn fishing and we first went to Captree (which is still a nice place), we came here the second time we went out fishing. This place is nice, not packed.
