We are all aware of what kind of shopping you do at Walmart and of course we all know they aren't necessarily known for their superior customer service so I often ignore the long waits, the rude service and the less then cleanliness of most of their stores. However this particular Saturday I simply have to let people know and maybe even the this will fall upon the eyes of someone in charge who can do something about this location. Uniondale, NY Walmart, 1123 Jerusalem Ave just so everyone know the exact locations is beyond the worst Walmart I have ever been in. Being the worst of something that is already bad is well simply disgraceful.
Beyond the fact that every single encounter I had with an employee and I mean every was a rude, condescending and offensive one. In addition I specially went because I was looking for a specific television and their own website state they had it in stock. Not only was it in stock but I brought a print out of their website and they confirmed it showed in their system. However I can only assume that management or maybe loss prevention helped themselves to this stock because for whatever reason they were nowhere to be found. So on top of the fact that no one and I mean no one wanted to be helpful or even friendly those customer service reps in the Electronics department couldn't located these televisions. No I admit they probably went behind closed doors told a few jokes and return stated they couldn't find it - I mean honestly I have no way of confirming they actually looked another reason I believe that the employees must be in on skimming stock. I then asked for and spoke with the Customer Service Manager because apparently there was no Electronics Department Manager on duty. Keep in mind this was a Saturday - regardless the very rude and very unwilling to help Customer Service Manager after wasting pretty much an hour of my time said they were too busy to look for the products. When I asked to speak to someone else she basically said she was in charge and didn't know what else she could do.
I am not saying specific people or names because honestly every encounter was bad. It is sad that not are they rude but the company clearly doesn't care if their employees including those in charge are stealing from the company and refuse to help paying customers.
Like I said I went here specifically thankfully I don't live in this area and I am not subject to such blatant bad service and disrespect. Good luck to the community that lives in that area I feel for you. And shame on Walmart Corporate for not taking better care of and concern for every one of their stores. Read moreThis is the worst walmart you can come to. Last week I ordered about 11 photos for pick up. When I received the text message statimg they were ready to be picked up, I headed over to Walmart. At the photo area, I showed them the receipt. After waiting 15-20 minutes they came back saying that they lost the photos and they need to be reprinted. They said it would take 15 minutes. Even though I was in a rush that day, I still waited for the photos. I went back about 25 minutes later only to find the person walking up and down in Walmart looking for the second batch of photos…..he lost them AGAIN. Another customer who was waiting to be assisted asked me what was going on. I told her I just came to pick up a few photos and they’ve been misplaced TWICE. I waited for a little longer and advised him to ask his coworker if she moved them. His coworker passed by and he didn’t ask her. The other customer then spoke up and asked the other coworker herself and she advised that yes, the photos were moved and placed in the back. The agent then went in the back and found the photos. This whole process took an hour and 15 minutes and if it wasn’t for the other customer who spoke up. I would’ve still been there waiting. Do better.
THIS WEEK, I went again to purchase something from the hygiene area which had a lock on it. I pressed the button for assistance and waited. After 2 minutes there were other Walmart employees who were doing inventory. I asked them if they had the key for this and they advised me to push the button again. I pressed it again and still no one came to assist. I saw someone else in the aisle from Walmart and I asked them if they can get the key. The woman went to find out. I waited again for another 5 minutes and then someone else from Walmart came into the aisle. I also asked if they had the key and they said no. The woman came back and said she wasn’t able to get the ket and I would have to go to customer service. I told the woman it’s okay, I can purchase it elsewhere since their too busy to assist me. What’s the point of having an assistance button if no one is going to respond to it? I shouldn’t have to go through all of this for a simple product. There are many other places that sell it or that will assist you faster.

Read moreVery disappointed in the service in this Wal-Mart. I like to think of myself an honest and patient person. Yet this store managed to not only make me aggravated, lose my composure, impatient, frustrated, and furious, but managed to Pretty much call me a liar to my face in front of my girlfriend and customers while they were wrong the entire time. Oh I wasn't having it, paid $5.25 for something that was $1.25 in the pharmacy. The girl behind the counter must've not looked at my money cause she didn't give me muy change [$4.00 even]. I asked for my change, she asked me "What change, you paid exact change". Mmm no I didn't. Long story short manager asks what happened, the girl said ..."They claim they paid with $5.25, I say it was exact change. $1.25, then whispers they're wrong. Lying".. now I'm pissed cause cause of that. I don't need those 4 dollars, but don't begin to call me a Damon liar when you're the wrong one.
After waiting an hour and a half for a pcs, or pta, or whatever to count her draw, I look stupid. She's only short one dollar. Which obviously means she made more errors that day and her keeping my change helped fix her draw and make me look like a damn liar. I didn't leave with my change, and they promised to watch the camera and cal me if they saw it. Now I was at least relived cause the camera will show it considering it was right there and I held my my out clearly. Came back 5 days later, they didn't watch it. They just gave me my change and a "HERE, YOU HAPPY NOW ATTITUDE?!?!". No I'm not, like I said it wasn't about the $4. I would rather they keep the $4 and watch the dann camera footage so they knew they're wrong and not to go around calling people liars with no proof, then me getting back the $4 and them still thinking I'm wing and they are still right.
On another note.. Slow service, huge lines, employees from hell, parking lot crash durby, and just terrible experiences.
BUT I DID GET MY SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A8 FROM THERE WHICH I'M CURRENTLY USING RIGHT NOW....
