Herkimer County Community College — Local services in Town of Herkimer

I am currently a student on line. This is the WORSE school experience I have ever had. I had to drop a class because my teacher wasn't monitoring it and only 8 students were registered and no one was participating. The on line forums and tests all done on line have had technical difficulties affecting grades and the teachers don't care and neither does the head of the department of on-line learning. Most of my courses are a joke, the teachers are uncaring and not computer savvy. Most of the teachers send out assignments with grammar and spelling errors. The international department of this college is so rude and mean. I got sick in between my semester. And I was an International student. I went to the hospital and they gave me a letter to show that this patient is so sick. I was suffering from chicken pox at that time. And the college department said we cannot allow u to withdraw the classes because u r an international student. This was so mean. And the lady Robin Raecker said "we will kick u out, if u miss classes." I am a parent who's child attended 2012-2014 semesters during 3 student deaths occurred. My daughter was made fun of every day. Kids shipped in from NYC to attend this college. 90% of students are from NYC. Ghetto college!! Small country town with nothing but drinking going on.
