Was looking forward to doing buisness there. Owner is Terrible and showed his true colors over the phone. Call my wife because she wrote a honest wrote a review about house his buinsess operates. He called back disrespecting my wife because she wrote a review? Kick rocks I had initially considered buying a hot tub services from them. However, my enthusiasm diminished significantly after a recent interaction. The individual in charge displayed unprofessional conduct during a phone call. Subsequently, they took the concerning step of contacting my spouse. Regrettably, based on this experience, I did and would suggest anyone reconsider engaging with this establishment because I feel they are not honest and fail to accommodate anyone's needs in Sales or services

RESPONSE... The owner only cares about taking your money. Everything else my wife said was 100% true. The owner called back and showed his true side just like his first employee. They must be related. Rude , Disrespectful and very uneducated of buisness educate. As a person in the hospitality business for 30 years and 100's of employees in my restaurant's and bars this place needs to learn respect. He's deflecting because its all true!! That was his concern was his google review when he called to harass my wife to take it down. We our very well off and ended up buying Hotsprings tub for 10k from a reputable dealer. Paul. from Factory Spas Direct, is a man of his word. We contacted him for a new SPA and we needed it immediately. Within 36 hours, and by his own hands, Paul and one of his employees arrived at my location (2 hrs away) with our new tub. He then removed the old hot tub and delivered it to an address 2 hours north. The delivery fee was the equivalent of gas money. In less than 2 weeks after delivery of my new tub, I called Paul to slightly modify my tub and upgrade the salt system. He traveled back to my location, upgraded the system, within 24 hours of my request. Thus I praise Paul as a man of his word. Paul, thank you for your honesty, and many thanks for sacrificing your time to be therefore and my needs. I love my SPA, I 100% appreciate the time you spent with us to help us choose the best SPA for our needs. I THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY...

I purchased a hot tub from Factory Spa Direct and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience from the start. They damaged the hot tub while installing , and despite multiple attempts to get it serviced and working properly , factory Spa direct has been unresponsive and unhelpful. They never stayed to ensure the hot tub was working properly upon delivery and later wanted to charge me for a service call, even though the initial service was never properly conducted.They damaged a panel and still haven’t replaced it. It has been five months, and the hot tub still doesn’t heat up. I strongly advise staying away from this company.
