I am a little late but I wanted to make sure that I left a glowing review for Brooklyn Balloon Studios.The service I received was more than professional it was caring and sincere. I reside in California, I needed to order and hopefully have delivered balloons to celebrate my son's graduation from NYU Masters program this past May. I reached out to a number of Ballon artistry companies but none compared to Brooklyn Balloon Studios! I contacted Brooklyn Balloon Studios via email, I sent several..... emails with many many questions and concerns,every single email was responded to with so much professionalism and care,not to mention I was educated on the deferent ballon sizes & the current state of the helium industry 😁 The invoice and payment process was simple and smooth. I had to make a slight change at the last minute, I was so stressed about it but Brooklyn Balloon Studios kindly accommodated.The balloons were delivered even earlier than I anticipated which was a wonderful surprise. My fiancé did a surprise engagement for me on Valentine's day 2020 and the best part besides being asked to marry my Love was the beautiful balloon presentation. Joanne created a beautiful balloon wall fit for a queen, and she rolled out the blue carpet!!! She knows I love that royal blue!
