I brought my $2,000 necklace here to be fixed and the experience was absolutely horrible. Instead of repairing it, they either threw it out or—what they told the police—gave it to another customer. When I got upset (which anyone would), instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they started yelling at me and became aggressive. The daughter who works there is especially unprofessional—she doesn’t know how to handle a business, and all she does is scream loudly over customers, insisting she’s right even when they are the ones clearly in the wrong. The situation got so hostile that I had to call the cops just to be treated fairly.
