Read moreTed is the man! I went to Home Depot to pick up a replacement toilet bowl for my father's house so that I could install it before he was discharged from the hospital. This install was time sensitive because it was for his master bathroom which would make his life much easier after being discharged I am currently on military leave and wanted to complete the project within the minimal about of time I had between trips to the hospital and prepping everything else for his return home. I went into the store earlier in the day to look at the stock and confirmed with customer service that the toilet that I wanted to purchase was in stock. I went back to the house to take some measurements to ensure that it would fit. After returning to Home Depot I had trouble locating the toilet and was a little confused because customer service said they had 14 in stock.After trying to get help from two other employees (one of which just walked away without returning) I was just about to walk out of the store and order what I needed online. Went to return a single plastic tube that when we had bought that one single plastic pipe it was already cut from the start , since we grabbed it from a pile of pre cut tubes . Elena then told us it was cut and I said no we got it like that she goes nope , it was cut and I said but not by us and goes "mhmmmm" as if implying we're lying , why on earth would I have the need to lie about a freaking plastic pipe ! That's not even $5 dollars DO NOT accuse people of lying or trying to be sneaky , my husband & my father have visited and purchased stuff from this store so many times & whenever they did have something to return it was always truthful and never returning anything damaged or even trying to be sneaky .
