In the process of purchasing a new boat. Neil (sales guy) is very knowledgeable. He has been very helpful with choosing options and explaining the ins and outs of each option. He has also gone out of his way to make several last minute changes to our order just before it was in production. I also got a good interest rate from the bank they work with considering the term length (I know because I checked around on my own). They even purchased my old boat for a no hassle decent value.This is my first interaction with them, but so far they have been very accommodating. They didn't steer or push me in any direction. To be fair they did present an early quote throwing on an option or two I had no interest in, but it was a basic starting point for common options so no issues there. I didnt take it as them trying to mislead me but more of them making the design phase a bit easier to start from most common options. Just make sure you review the entire list of options you are signing up for. 5/5 stars I would recommend to any who asked and I will be doing business with them...

Great place to do business with. Bought a Qwest pontoon. Neil our salesman came out with his wife on a Sunday to Petenwell Lake to go over everything and answer all our questions. Much appreciated.

My trolling motor had some issues and I called Neal T. about it and even though they don’t do warranty work there Neal treated me like I bought the boat yesterday. He got me in touch with someone who does and even called around to see if anyone around might know of a fix for it that we didn’t try. I've been taking my 2019 Polaris Ranger 900XP to them since I bought the UTV for oil change, filter and check over. Wow. Today I got floored when I took it in for a oil change and was given a bill for $207. The guy said it is $135/hour. You mean to tell me someone continually changed oil and checked over the UTV.
