I called for service and was advised that letting them pick up my lawn tractor would result in faster service. I called 3 days in a row without getting a call back from the service manager even though I was assured I would be hearing from him. It's been over a week now and no call back! I always used them for yearly service. This is a breakdown situation, I had to pay a lawn service to mow. Now I have to find somebody else. Still no call back 10 days! Since the above post I was contacted by their home office, asking me what they could do to help I said I need my mower serviced nobody contacts me for almost a week until I get a phone call from a truck driver telling me he'll be at my house in 5 minutes to pick up my mower! He assured me someone would call me to let me know how long it would be before I'd get it back and what the cost would be almost 2 weeks goes by I don't hear from anyone so I call and they tell me they're just finishing it up! He tells me that the blades need to be replaced so I give them authorization to do so he says it'll be done later today. He said would you like to pay for it now and I said no I'll pay for it when it's completed and delivered to my house. Again no call back no warning ahead of time I get a phone call from a truck driver going to be at your house in 10 minutes! What if I wasn't home what if I had plans and one out of town? At any rate they dropped off the mower everything seems fine, I call back to pay them they told me they haven't made up an invoice yet for the service and that they'll get back to me. A few months ago I was in the market for a new tractor and my searches lead me to SNPartners who conveniently had locations all around me. I called up the Lafayette location and was put in touch with Mike Ellingworth. Being no stranger to equipment but relatively green in the tractor department (no John Deere pun intended) Mike’s knowledge, guidance and suggestions throughout the entire process made it an absolute breeze. Mike really took the time to listen to my needs for my specific application and made some really outstanding suggestions that I world have otherwise overlooked, this guy seriously knows his tractors. Once they had finished my tractor and it was time to pick it up , I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO PICK IT UP, Mike calls me up to Inform me my machine was ready and asks me where I’d like it delivered to, WOW. So now a couple months goes by and I’ve been absolutely loving the new tractor. I paid a lot of money for my John Deere 155 lawn tractor repair cost three times more than I paid for it but I was happy that I would basically take home a brand new lawnmower. So long story short, I rolled my tractor off the back of my truck, I hope all pop the hood to see what repair they had done clean on the outside I left up on the hood and to my surprise the hood went flying onto my lawn because it was broken the plastic hinges all the hardware was broken. It was not broken when I dropped it off. But beyond that I can live with the hood being broken because it will stay on while I’m mowing my grass. but how was unpleasantly surprised to find out I did not find any new wiring harnesses that they said they replaced because mice chewed my wires. Everything looked originally dirty. My oil filter was still dirty. They were supposed to give it a spring tuneup. I’m not really impressed with what they charge me for...
