Royal Plus Smoke Shop — Local services in Town of Lee

I had high hopes for this store. I go to A's smoke shop normally to buy my elfbars religiously. He knows me as a regular and knows I'm not the type to lie to get a new one if there isn't something wrong with it. Unfortunately he's out of stock so I had to go elsewhere. The first Elfbar I got here worked for about three days with flavor then burnt out but since I had it three days I didn't bother to take it back. So the next time I came in I got a Tropical Rainbow Blast Elfbar. He had me try it in store to make sure it charged and it did. I took one puff off it in store to test it and there was a taste to it that I couldn't pinpoint it was weird I made a comment "That's different" in store. I asked about the return policy just in case there are any defects and he told me that normally there's two days from the time of purchase to where if there are any defects it can be replaced but if it got past three days he wouldn't which is understandable. Fast forward I get it home and take a few more puffs and it kind of tasted like it had a burnt coil or coil defect some and also burnt my throat. I called them the next day as it was too late to call the night prior and was told "Unfortunately there's nothing I can do, I mean you tried it here in store and everything was fine". Also note that the sign says they are $18 but I was charged $20.80.. asked if there was a fee for using card and was told it was only 80¢. Unfortunately I won't shop there anymore. The $2.00 I'm not really worried about, and I get that there might be people trying to bring it back after the course of three days but it was literally the next day. Even if I don't like the actual flavor I would grin and bear it until it burns out then go get a new one from that same store and eventually become a regular spending my money there.
