The Back Nine Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Town of Lee

Horrible Horrible service. Called ahead to see if we could bring my family to the restaurant and watch a game at the bar. The first time, the service was great and everyone was friendly. The second time, we wanted to watch the world cup final and we called again asking if children would be allowed at the bar, we were told yes. We got there 15 minutes before the game started, were not served, and 3 other families walked out complaining about poor service. After FINALLY ordering, 10 minutes into the game(25 minutes after we had sat down) they told us we had to leave because the NY law said kids under 18 couldn't sit at the bar. We would have understood and moved, but she was incredibly rude and laughed in our faces and proceeded to scream that when we called it was our fault for not asking for the manager, and when we cancelled the order we just put in. Also, that manager was there the previous time we were all there, and she did not say a word. The kicker is that after we left, and missed 15 minutes and two goals of the WORLD CUP FINAL, we looked up the law. It states that children under 18 can sit at the bar as long as they are not drinking, and their parents are with them. Overall, not great food, and HORRIBLE service. Please...

Went to The Back 9 for dinner. We were the only ones in the dining room. Waitress took our order right away. A dinner salad was included with my entree but waitress never brought it. The chicken in the chicken riggies was so tough I could not chew it. When the waitress asked how the meal was I told her and she simply said 'i'm sorry'. Being the only customers, our waitress could plainly see when we were finished but left us sitting for far too long waiting for our check. This is not our first visit we went for breakfast right after they opened and were not impressed with the food or service. My drink was good and we have stopped for a drink before which was fine. Their pizza is good. My suggestion is if you want to sit at the bar and have drinks and a snack this place is fine but if you want a nice place for dinner, don't waste your time or money. Absolutely nothing liked about the place... used to frequent the building when it was the Colonial and was NEVER unsatisfied. ... waitress was to busy standing at the bar to be attentive. .. we ordered, flipped our placemats over and found items on there that weren't on the menu... I ordered The Seve.. Pita bread was stale, lettuce old and in chunks, and sliced tomatoes. ... does their cook not know how to make a proper pita sandwich... smdh... my husband ordered The Jimmy the Greek with steak... I swear it's filled with steak um... seriously. ... worst meal we have ever dined on anywhere and we gave ate at many places... did I mention we went there for a 9th wedding anniversary dinner... STAY AWAY FROM THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE...
