ALDI — Local services in Town of Lenox

Bad Shopping Experience the last several times. Staff unfriendly and rude. Closed 1 lane while I was already had waited for 5minutes then Cashier told Us to go to isle 1. When we moved to ile 1 the Young man at the cashier said that this lane was closing and go back to the other isle and then said something smart at me to look up at the lights on the isle numbers. All the Cashier lights were off. Asked to see manager and manager was Another Young "punk" said that we got to close these isles because there's a lot of work for employees to do by closing an isle and picking up "1 or 2" pty boxes on the ground. None of the staff also were wearing any name tags so you couldn't identify a member or report Their name. They are All unprofessional and I won't ever shop there ever again at an Aldi's. Sad because Aldi is a German CO. And My Ancestors are alot of Them...

manager MOLLY is unreasonably rude.

ZERO STARS WOULD BE MOST APPROPRIATE FOR THIS LOCATION.

-When asking where an item is she responds with "you work for instacart you should know where the item is". -Stops working to talk loudly with other customers about personal issues while blocking the aisles. -Refuses to check items in the back when they shelves are running low. -points to items when asking where they are instead of directing the customer. -talks about customers indirectly while pointing at them.

Aldi has been slowly slipping over the years. Not only has the self checkout become the norm but they are not as well stocked as they once were. The produce is not as fresh and they don't have as many of their own brands, soup for example, as they did.

In their effort to cut back you either wait on a long line to check out yourself or an actual cashier. If you need assistance at self checkout, it may take some time as only the one cashier is available.

Honestly, Aldi is beginning to resemble the now defunct Oneida SavaLot. Feeling that saving a few bucks is not worth the...
