Lauro's Italian and Pizzeria — Local services in Town of Lenox

I had high hopes and they were thoroughly dashed with what my wife and I were served and the quality of service received. Service was slow, we ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken parmesan that took about 40 min to come out. When it did come it was barely warm, the sauce was so watery and thin the angel hair (not spaghetti) looked bare. We ordered garlic Knott's too but we had to ask if they were coming 10 min after we had our food. They came out and the butter was already turning solid on the plate and they weren't warm. We were never checked while eating so my free refills for my drink never happened and with the small glass I paid 2.50 for a half can of sodas worth as the glasses are small and filled to the rim with ice.

All in all bad service from our waitress cheap low quality food served slightly above room temp leaves me suggesting anyone reading this go...

One of the best restaurants around cheap prices excellent food and wonderful courteous staff. I can't imagine how anybody would give them a bad review everything is homemade cook to order and you don't have to wait long. They also have the most competitive prices on pizza and wings some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had and their chicken parm is amazing. The only bad thing is that not everybody knows about them so if you want an inexpensive delicious homemade meal Laura's is the place to go. Plus the waitresses are absolutely adorable and eager to please. The pizza. Absolutely, without a doubt, THE BEST in town. If you aren’t a huge dairy person, I recommend ordering light cheese. It’s PERFECT every time for us. The dough is delicious, they cook it perfectly every time. The crust is crispy and amazing. You won’t find a better pizza nearby. We’ve tried. We’ve had cheese, garlic and on occasion we get sausage, peppers and onions. All of them are fantastic.

I’ve also had the chicken parm which was very good. A huge portion. Their garlic knots are delicious. Their chicken wings are always cooked perfect (we like extra crispy) and they have never been soggy.

Overall, if you’re looking for good, consistent food, you’ve found the right place... and Cadez...
