This was the worst customer service I have ever seen Started the conversation by putting the Bible between us to start his sales pitch. That fine I understand they need to sell. I do not need the holy bible staring at me. Then after I said I just need a new phone (800$) his attitude changed being very rude and talking down to us oh I am talking about Joe from your Leroy store . My phone was old and there was a problem transferring items . Did not want to put no effort into helping but Phil was very helpful he kept trying things. At one point there was us in the store joe asked Phil to talk to him in back about me when Phil declined joe wrote something about me on his phone and showed Phil who just shook his head. At this time joe said he was done helping me threw everything in a bag and said we tried everything Phil was still trying things but joe stopped him.

For the sake of time and required expertise, I stopped in to your store for assistance. Louis very kindly offered to help and completed this task in a short time. In addition, I am a newly assigned account administrator and was having difficulty with on-line access, having spent over three hours on the phone with customer service. Louis offered to assist with that situation as well and we tried several different steps, both in store and remotely. Although we weren't able to resolve, his offer and efforts to help were so greatly appreciated, especially after the challenging time I had on the phone earlier in the day. I live in LeRoy and have frequented your store many times over the past several years. Read moreI have had a horrible experience with them. I worked with a representative that was more concerned about leaving when setting up my phone and I was told it didn’t go through. Then I got home to find out my phone service didn’t work at all, and I was getting billed from both phone companies because of mistakes made here. Also, the next day they called and said it went through after I had been online with their customer service for 3 hours fixing their mistakes. Best is yet to come, my phone service is still a mess and then they never honored the special because I was trying to purchase a phone at the same time. They told me to go to apple. I had to pay 1100 for a phone that should have been free through them. Then, come to find out I still can’t access my accounts online because of the mess they have made with them.
